Consent & Permission

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission to Tuck and Run Foundation to display, share, and publish my child’s submitted content as part of the Creative Corner feature on the Foundation’s website, social media platforms, presentations, and related promotional materials.

I understand that:
• Only my child’s first name and last initial will be used
• No personal contact information will be shared
• All content is reviewed prior to posting
• Content may be edited for clarity or formatting but not altered in meaning
• Submission does not guarantee publication

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I may request removal of my child’s content at any time.

Media Release Acknowledgment

I grant Tuck and Run Foundation permission to use the submitted content for educational, promotional, and storytelling purposes related to the Foundation’s mission of youth development and mentorship. This consent remains valid unless revoked in writing.
